Complaints about Trafford Council CYPS services
Trafford CYPS makes every effort to make sure that the services you receive are of the best quality and meet the needs of you and your family. However, occasionally you may feel that the service you have received is not at the standard you expect and you might want to make a complaint.
If you want to make a complaint about CYPS Social Care Services, please send an email complaintscyps@trafford.gov.uk. This will go directly to the CYPS Complaints team.
If you want to make a complaint about other Council CYPS services, you can fill in a form online, which will go to the Corporate Complaints Team. Requests sent via this method may take up to three days to process through to the right teams.
