Trafford Youth Provider Questionnaire

Dear Colleague,

The Youth service is currently reviewing the provision they offer to young people. As part of this process it is necessary to gain a clear understanding of additional youth services in the borough. The attached questionnaire aims to map what is currently provided, including the "where, when, and for who" of youth services in Trafford. This mapping exercise will then be used, in conjunction with the survey of young people in Trafford, to inform the Youth Service Review. Please distribute the attached questionnaire to any networks or organisations you are in contact with to ensure maximum response. If you, or any of these organisations, would prefer to complete a paper version of this survey or via a telephone interview, please call Sian Davies on 0161 912 5069 or email on sian.davies@trafford.gov.uk. All questionnaires must be complete by Friday 1st July 2011.
