Tier 7: Learning Outcomes
Based on the learning outcomes within 'Working Together to Safeguard Children' (DfES 2006), and in consideration of the DfES Common Core Competencies, a set of learning outcomes have been developed. These are presented at practitioner, supervisor and strategic lead level, and will be used to guide the development of training activities and also inform the content of job descriptions for staff at these levels.

Tier 8: Privacy, Confidentiality and Consent 'Practical Guidance'
This covers the range of processes and documentation that will directly impact on service users and includes things such as 'Privacy/Confidentiality Statement', 'Fair Processing Notice', 'Consent', 'Subject Access', etc. It is aimed at an organisations staff and is a resource to support external and internal service areas.
