Consultation on proposed changes to the ContactPoint regulations

The Department for Children, Schools and Families is currently consulting on proposed amendments to the Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007 (more commonly known as the ContactPoint regulations). These regulations provide the legal framework for the ContactPoint database.

The consultation is open to all practitioners and members of the public until Tuesday 29 December 2009. To access the consultation, please visit the consultation section of the DCSF website www.dcsf.gov.uk/consultations
