Aiming High for Disabled Children - Commissioning Plan

Aiming High for Disabled Children is about the transformation of services for children with disabilities and their families. The government is investing in 5 key areas. The priority, in response to what parents and families of children with disabilities have said they need, is to give parents and carers access to short breaks. This commissioning plan sets out how Trafford intends to meet the full offer of short break services by 2011.
