PROGRESS TO DATE
If you who want to refresh your understanding of the progress made so far in establishing the multi-agency service you can access, Progress Report - Trafford Children and Young People's (Multi-Agency) Service, on the CYPS web-site. This includes the management and staffing structures for each of the multi-agency services.
DEPLOYMENT OF STAFF TO MULTI-AGENCY SERVICES
We now want to actively engage with all those Council, PCT and Healthcare Trust staff that will make up the six multi-agency services. This will cover how staff will be deployed to these new services, and all the practical arrangements that need to be in place to enable them to work effectively. The period for undertaking this practical work is between 6 May 2008 and 1 August 2008. A consultation paper is now being E-Mailed to staff and can be found as well on the CYPS web-site.
