Making it better survey

At the beginning of February 2010 some of the services for children, pregnant women and babies, provided at Trafford General Hospital changed. Efforts were made to ensure that everyone was informed of these changes in a number of different ways.

We would appreciate a minute of your time to tell us what information came to you and if it was useful. If you weren't informed, or felt the information was unclear, your opinion matters too. Your feedback is anonymous, with no personal information requested.

Please complete the short, online survey of only 10 questions and then forward this link to as many people as you can, with a request to continue passing the link to their friends and colleagues.

Access the survey here: www.surveymonkey.com/s/VHGXCS8

The deadline for responses is 5.30pm on Friday 12 March when the feedback will be collected and could help shape the way local NHS service changes are communicated in future.

Integrated Children's System (ICS)
**ICS is used internally by Social Care (CYPS) staff only The Integrated Children's System has been developed to improve outcomes for children defined as being in need, under the Children's Act 1989. The ICS process gathers complicated and detailed information about Trafford's children and young people and thus shall be stored in a supporting electronic record system. Information shall only be available to practitioners who have a combination of granted consent and where appropriate, the necessary access levels. This system compliments the "Integrated Working" approach.
