We are currently developing the Trafford Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP). The CYPP is a single, strategic overarching plan that will detail the key priorities over the next three years of the Council and its partner agencies in regards to children and young people. Trafford Council is required by law to produce this plan and as such will be looking for your full co-operation in making it relevant and informed.
As part of the first stage in preparing the plan we are assessing the priorities of children and young people. We have developed a questionnaire concerning participation of children and young people in your service area. We need you to fill out the questionnaire and return it as soon as possible. Please complete both sheets in the Excel document rather than attaching reports from any participation work.
All the various teams and services within CYPS and our partners will need to answer this questionnaire to ensure we get a full picture of the participation work that is currently being done and what children, young people and families are telling us. We suggest that someone from within each of team or department is nominated to be the person responsible for ensuring their team completes the questionnaire. Each of these teams should then return the information by e-mail to Rebecca Fletcher (Rebecca.Fletcher@trafford.gov.uk).
